[1] 1841 census shows the family of James Daniels "wire maker" as shown above, living on Wolverly St., Hacknet D. A few houses away lives the family of Thomas Daniels, "wire worker" age 30 and his family; wife, Martha (20), Mary Ann (10), Hannah (8) and Thomas (6), perhaps an elder son? The marriage certificate of John and Susan shows James Daniels, Tilemaker, as father of Susan and John Reeves, Upholsterer as father of John. In 1851, brothers Henry and George, both "wire workers," live together adjacent to John and Susan at 6 Little Collingswood, Bethnal Green. The family of Henry Hogan with a wife named Mary Ann, aged 27 lives in between - is this Mary Daniels?
[2] Ann ?? was b. abt. 1781 in Middlesex, England
[3] Charles Sr. must have died abt. 1848-49 as Susannah Reeves was born in 1849 and John Reeves and Susannah Green nee Daniels married in 1850. Susannah was listed as a Widow on the marriages certificate. In the 1861 Census, Charles is listed with the surname Daniels, so he was apparently adopted by John Reeves.
